CD Key Registration Error

 Hello all,

I just bought Dragon Age 2 and I installed it 7 hours ago and when I clicked to play, it asked for my product key. The product key was already inserted into the box where it wanted me to input it (due to typing it in during the installation) but when i click to register it, it says 'System Error. Please try again later' and i was wondering if something was wrong with my CD key or something.

me too. The product key is already inserted box, it asked me to enter it (due to typing it in the installation process), but when I click register it, it says "system error please try again later."

I'm exactly the same - I've been trying all day. Maybe it's actually a server error on their part....

Ok well thank you for responding as it tells me that im not the only one and it probably means that its just the servers (as said above) and I will try again later and I hope it works for you guys aswell

I waited 30 minutes, and I tried once, but it tells me, please try again later, so I feel very bad now

It's a bummer :( But it is nice knowing that it's not just my system being a pain :) If it suddenly works for me or I work it out I'll let you know.

You do not have a GAME problem, you have a SITE problem.  This is not an official support site, and we cannot provide the help you need.  I think you must go to EA for official assistance, but you can see if anyone is reading messages in the "Site Help" forum (also an unofficial support forum), and ask there.  All game forums are at very low ebb from May until October (essentially the good weather months in the northern hemisphere); there just aren't many readers on hand.
