So we know that Kai Leng will be after Shepard in ME3, i hope for epic one on one battle, because I feel like im cheating when i need two squadmates to fight some of the bosses (like Saren, or Tela Vasir) what are your thoughts?

Keng is an assassin. Wouldn't be surprised if he had a cloak. Add some environmental obstructions to make his cloak harder to see from a distance and you got yourself an epic boss battle.

Kai Lang never impressed me that much. Just the male version of Miranda.

I'll repeat what I said in a previous thread about wanting to have MULTIPLE confrontations with Leng, e.g. him sniping at you from a rooftop, an intense close range gun battle, and the obligatory hand-to-hand fight. That way when you finally do kill him the victory will be all the sweeter.

Especially for Kai Leng. An epic, N7 on N7 QCQ fight has so much potential here. It could basically be like the Shadow Broker fight, where getting close enough for a melee hit unlocks a short scene, and each one leads to a final cutscene with shepard and leng in melee combat.

Both of these work very well together. An Kain, it's "Close Quarters Combat" (CQC) or "Close Quarters Battle" (CQB) for future reference.
Also, Kai Leng strikes me as the type of unstoppable force that could just shake off a full-powered biotic/cybernetically-enhanced strike of any kind. Which is fine, because then the Vanguards and CQB Soldiers can have some REAL fun.

I wouldn't mind another boss-ish fight of the Tela Vasir variety. That was a lot of fun, especially for my vanguard (there can be only oooooooone!)

How bout Thane vs Kai Leng in a stealth duel on Deck 3. Alien assassin and human ninja both try to out-sneak each other. Loser gets his neck snapped.

I've said in another thread that I think Kai Leng could be a major pain in the ass for Shepard by trying to get the upper hand on him. Holding someone (a major character) to ransom to get Shepard to comply would make him look obsessed and willing to go to extreme lengths to beat him. I also think Miranda's character could tie in with Leng's story, as both have connections with Cerberus (possible LI for Leng as well) and could be a way to reveal his story and to understand how he operates. I remember Col. Volgin in MGS3. He was evil, sadistic and perverted, I couldn't wait to kill him. That's the build-up and attention Leng should warrant before having an explosive battle.

It'll be a bit strange to take on Leng in hand to hand if you brought Thane and Garrus with you. Those two are probably on Shepard's level of CQC by themselves -- hell, Thane's probably even better than Shepard/Leng.

Thane showed he's good at sneak attacks but in a straight one on one fight that's different. Garrus hasn't shown any CQC prowess beyond any other squad mate.
