Damn. I wrote a fanfic about Ryncol drinking contest. Shep looses to Grunt, who looses to Mordin.

He tells you why: he has no interest in talking to aliens. He's also referred to as a "snotty runt". I.e., he's just a snob.

There is a TON of interesting info in all this. It really does surprise me how much they cut out of the game, but left in there still sitting around for people to find.
