Please help me!  I have been trying to play ME for a while now, bought it through steam a while back and got the game to boot up.  I could create my character and then the game would crash.  After about 5 times I tried unistalling and reinstalling and now the game won't work.  So I unistalled and got a friends disc copy of the game.  I have a serial already purchased and everything.  When I trying to install the disc I am getting a white screen!  Why does this game hate my system so much!



I have an Intel i7 920, Radeon 5870, 6gb of ram, etc.  I should have no problems!

There's more to it than just a few nice components. Complete a normal problem report with drivers, OS, Service Pack, etc info as outlined in the sticky about reporting.
