I ask this as one of my own main Shepards is like the nicest person but I myself am kind of a douche in real life.

Indeed, but whether or not Kaidan likes men does not change the fact that he likes women.

Therefore, he is not gay.  Bisexual, probably.

By the time ME3 rolls around I plan to have six Sheps lined up, of different genders and moralities. Do I have gender issues/multiple personality disorder? lol

It was slightly redesigned, but, yeah, basically.  The weird thing about Kaidan's prologue Phoenix armor is that it too was a little different from the ME1 version, and then they altered his standard Onyx armor a bit as well for Horizon.

Fun Fact: It is first seen being worn by what looks like Asari Commandos in Pinnacle Station, and in the intro for ME2, Liara is seen wearing it.

It was like the Turian Heavy armor Garrus couldn't wear normally, but could through the (totally aweasome) armor glitch.

Yeah, there's a bunch of different armors from various manufacturers in ME1 that have that same basic design.  The design has also shown up in ME2 in more than just the prologue:

That's pretty cool. If I didn't already have ME1 on 360 I'd get the PC version.

It's not a uniquely Cerberus design in ME1.  It was just a cut armor type that various manufacturers made.

It's not Cerberus.


This is how Cerberus dressed in ME1....

..... and this Asari (along with two others I think) is the first one to be seen wearing the armor in the Pinnacle Station DLC. In ME2, Liara is then seen wearing it in the intro if she is in it.

Oh yeah, completaly missed that. I prefer the original design though, it's bulkier. Tela's could be the medium or light version.
