New EA/Origin Account with Xbox Gamertag problem on BSN

Hi there,
The issue I am having is I got a new EA account and after talking to EA support got them to transfer my xbox gamertag from my old EA account to my new one. The problem now is though with the BSN account and DLC. When I log in to BSN with my new ea account and under my content, theres none of my ME DLC for xbox. But it says that my xbox gamertag is FruitlessMonkey, which is correct.
Now though I log into my old EA account thruogh BSN and under the info it also says my Gamertag is FruitlessMonkey AND all my DLC is there.
So why when my gamertag got transfered to my new EA account didnt the DLC content go with it on the BSN account?

Make sense? Short version is now it shows two BSN accounts with one gamertag and DLC only showing on the old one and not the new one, which it should since the gamertag was transfered.
