At first: SORRY For My English, I'm from Russia.
I can't understand about countdown of Potin, Acids.. For example: I use small heling potion and all other healling potions( big,middle) are unavailable(have countdown too) but in the viedos I saw that people use small healing potion and at once can use middle and big potions. The same problem vith acids, trapps. Please, tell me how I can fix this bag

Are you playing on pc/xbox/ps3 ?
Are you using any mods at all?

I'm playing on PC, use only 3 dlc: Golem Prisoner, Awaking, Gray wardens Tower
Maybe it problem in my game client, can you give link to download game vithout this bug

How long is your cooldowns?

And are you talking about potions or poultices?

Potions have a 30 second cooldown, Poultices dont have one. Both heal you.

Poultices have 30 sec cooldown and i can not use small and middle at once, if i use small, middle is unavailable too

It's not a bug, it's the intended behavior. There are, however, mods that tweak (or even eliminate altogether) the cooldowns on consumables.
