A bullet in TIM's head is needed.  Having Aria as a squadmate to help make that happen ?  Priceless.

TIM's actions can't be defended. You don't kill, tinker with or experiment on the very ones you claim to be saving. .

When did TIM kill, tinker or experiment on humans?

...seriously?

Yes, seriously.

If you have some evidence feel free to point it out.

Right, cuz even though Cerberus is the Illusive Man's clandestine organization, he should not be held responsible for anything it does.

Not if he wasn't aware of what certain individuals were doing.
And when he was aware he's still not guilty of those crimes, he's guilty of letting those crimes continue (if you have evidence of him doing such a thing)

That's like saying the CEO of a corporation isn't responsible for what thier company does.  Sorry, but that doesn't fly.

If some punk teen spits in your McDonalds burger that doesn't mean James A. Skinner is guilty of spitting in your burger.

He experimented on Kahoku, Cpl. Toombs, Paul Grayson, David Archer and god knows who else.
Oh yeah and he kidnapped children for biotic death camps.
TIM doesn't give a crap if someone is human.

When does this comic take place in the timeline? Omega can't be destroyed because the comic with Vega in takes place on Omega and everything seems normal, and thats supposedly right before ME3..

Best way to find that out is to do Mordin's mission first, then go to the Quarian's store to see if Shisk is still there...

I've tried it.  He is.

Didy have you been able to find out in the games files what exactly was the cut content pertaining to Shisk and Gavorn? There's some cut audio that indicates there was some kind of side mission or interrupt with Shisk.

Yeah, I've found that audio, and that's all there is to go on, though it's reasonably likely some unused animations are tucked away.  Whatever it was actually about is a mystery, though I lean towards it being an interrupt.

TIM did these things?

All the evidence in the game suggests that it was some Cerberus scientists.

^And he greenlight those things.

And even if he's not responsible, it just proves how he and his organization is incompetent for having disasters to happen so often on mostly humans.

I don't care if it was some Cerberus scientists, TIM is still head of the Cerberus so he is still responsible for what his people are doing.
He was defienetly involved in Overlord and Paul Grayson.
Otherwise he wouldn't send Shepard to clear situation and he is clearly not happy if you took David from the project. Same for Paul Grayson, he send Kai Leng after him and later he experimented on Paul with Reaper tech which eventualy got him killed, no wonder Gillian wants too kill TIM so badly.

So you admit that you were wrong saying he Kahoku, Cpl. Toombs, Paul Grayson, David Archer and kidnapped children for biotic death camps?

Good.

As for the latter bit, one they weren't death camps and two as soon as he found out of its existence he sent agents to have the doctors murdered and the whole facility shut down.

Can't comment as I've never played overlord

You're doing it again.
TIM didn't experiment on him; scientists did.
When you're going to blame someone for an act blame the person who actually committed the act.

Anyways it's not like Grayson was some moral upstanding citizen.
He (as in actually him) sabotaged starships over colony worlds to release dust-form element zero which resulted in a crapload of birth defects.

Cerberus killed Kahoku with a lethal injection, there's nothing to indicate that he was interrogated or was experimented on. I don't condone Kahoku's assassination, but claiming that Cerberus experimented on him is simply false.

And who hired the scientists and wanted the experiments done in the first place?  TIM.

He doesn't have to be there himself to be respsonsible for those that are under him.

I never said i was wrong. I still blame TIM whether he knew or not (which im pretty sure he did)

Are you trolling? Example: Hitler also never tortured, experimented and killed people in death camps but he was the one who gave order to do it. Same situation is with TIM.

The exact timeline has never been mentioned but Dark horse solicitations call it "An essential new story from the Mass Effect 3
universe!"  I guess we can assume its somewhere at the start or middle of ME3, after the conviction comic.
