N7 Coffee Mug destroyed during shipment

Hi,

I ordered an N7 Coffee Mug (and some other items) and received them today. They were delivered in a plastic bag but when I opened it I saw that the mug was completely destroyed. I live in Sweden so I understands that the items have been shipped a long way and I understand that there is always a risk that the items get damaged during transportation. But I was hoping that the mug would be at least a little more protected. I was just placed in a very thin white paper box and then placed in the plastic bag.
I really want this mug so I can show it off at work and I'm willing to order another N7 Coffee Mug but is there anything I can do to make sure it recieves the proper packaging so that it survives the trip to Sweden?

Thats unfortunate that they just threw them in a bag, you could contact support for a replacement and specifically ask for it to be ship in a cardboard box. See what they say.
