Tali's mission, charging... you'll see at the end. Never done this before myself although I am sure some others have:

Funny bug during the Shadowbroker mission, although when it happened I wanted to throw the game itself out the Shadowbroker base, as I had a series of frustrating bug with charge that made me die a lot before that:

I just did Mordin's LM and recorded it.  This little clip is the only cool effect I got - was trying to charge guys caught in pull, but got busy with all the Krogan, etc.  anyway its the first time I ever did this.
