If you get the rose from Allastair, before Zevran has even been encountered, will you be able to switch to a romance with Zevran and get his earing, or does accepting the rose (which I reloaded at last save to avoid doing just in case) mean that you can't get Zevran's love token at all, or is it possible to have both tokens in the game?  I am avoiding talking to Allastair at the moment because he wants to have the rose conversation and I don't want to reject the rose, if I'm able to get both, but I plan for this character to romance zevran.  

this is my 3rd character playthrough of the game, and I'm a Female Human Mage.  In my first game I was an elven mage and I got to stay with both Zevran and Leliana (after telling her I didn't think Zevran would mind her <hardened> being with us and we had the 4some with Isabella?? Is that her name.  I read in the forums someone got a 5some with allastair, zevran, Leliana, pc character and Isabella (if that's her name) I'd love to try that, but really I just wanted to know if you could have both the earing and the rose or does getting one of the tokens prevent the receipt of the other.  

I look forward to hearing from anybody who might know the answer to this question.
