Life is very short... 

Everyone has career goals, romantic goals, and other long-term wants as we continue upon the path of the next approaching day. However, my question to you is before the journey has ended, what would you want to experience before that happens?

I think I'd likely want to visit certain landscapes of beauty I hadn't been to in a long time - large forests, beaches, that sort of thing. Other than that, I can't think of anything in particular besides seeing my family one last time.

Not that it will ever happen, but the one thing I have dreamed of doing all my life and its a dream I will take to my grave. To get on a space ship and go to another planet, Just to go there, to see a different world, to experience the beauty and wonder of it.

Prior to my demise, there are a few far-off locations I would like to visit, and picture postcard scenes I would like to reenact. So too, I want to know how to wield a blade with deadly precision, and thus truly understand the tenuous balance between the body and the spirit.

There are loads of places I'd love to see before I die. St Petersburg and Moscow, Prague, Athens, Istanbul, Rome, Florence, Parma, Madrid, Valencia, Rio de Janeiro and Mexico City for starters. I'd love to spend two weeks in the Smithsonian.

It would be really neat to go into space. Publishing a novel that was well received would be good.

I'd better get busy.

I am not into the spiritual path thing (as an atheist I am more into humanism), but like you I want to meet my internet friends in real life. That will take me on a long journey. From Sri Lanka to Hawaii.

No, seriously. It is something I really don't think about as I live day to day and take it as it comes. Life ends when we don't want it to anyway. But, if I knew when I was going to die, I would tell the ones I love dearly, to not mourn my death, but celebrate that my life was part of thiers, if they feel the same for me.
