I have tried everything from every advice I could find but not matter what I do it takes me the configuation site and then it crash's. This has happed to me about 15 times So can someone from bioware please notifie the developers about this bug and acttculy fix this problem or get rid of the configuation because we can just change the settings in the game menu. And don't ask me to update my drivers or anything else because I have already done this and yes my computer does have the requerments inorder to play!

When you say "configuration site", you mean the configuration utility - not a web page - don't you? The configuration utility is non-essential. Just start the game by calling the JadeEmpire.exe directly.
And don't get your hopes up for somebody from Bioware reading this. An update for this game is most definitely not going to happen either. It says "self help" in the forum title, doesn't it?
