Max's face is inconsistent throughout the series.

Yeah, I'm not too happy with the direction it seems they took with the story. I'll be looking for a few more reviews later, but I'm kind of regretting my pre-order.

Dont know about securom and for social club you dont need to use it at consoles (for RDR or LA Noire) maybe it is going to be same for PCs.
BTW that gif hilarously true.

...which is really f*cking retarded cause all they're doing is making players avoid pre-orders and opting to buy the game a year later when they inevitably release "Complete" editions. Greedy, greedy.
Thats what I'm doing.
I've learned a lesson. If the game has 60 bucks price tag than its a wait and see.
After Mass Effect 3 I'm not trusting review sites. Max Payne 3 is being heavily marketed. You can't trust any of these people to be honest anymore.
I pre-ordered Torchlight 2 (20$) and Retro City Rampage (15$) thats the most expensive I'm willing to put out before a game comes out.
My days of pre-ordering AAA titles are over.
I got plenty of games on the backburner I can F-ing wait for GoTY.

You might want to change the name on that second link. That's GameTrailers not G4.android654 wrote...

Tell me about it. Not to mention that if any game did not need multiplayer to be successful, it's Max Payne. The first two games were successful for the story and the mechanics in the main campaign. Advertising a season pass really makes the consumer feel cheated. Mine is already pre-ordered, but I'm not to sure if I'll keep it or return it unopened.
Think I might be done with console gaming real soon, this kind of crap is why people pirate games in the first place.

IMO, I never take any reviews seriously anymore. When people are giving a game like Enslaved 5's and 6's, when I feel it deserved a 9, that's all that matters. If the game turns out to be a blast for you, then great, but if not, then well that sucks. Usually I get my friends opinions on games and such because we're into similar games, so we never base our stuff off of website reviews or anything.

I preordered ME3 as soon as humanly possible, and really, honestly, thought that if ANY game was first day release worthy... it would be that one. Well... hah.
I want to say that I've learned my lesson, but I gotta admit there are still a couple of games I'm willing to PO... at the moment, Bioshock: Infinite, Resident Evil 6, Borderlands 2, and GTA 5. I suppose I like to think that if I enjoyed past games from the same title.. I will probably like the new one. I suck at learning lessons. :[
On a side note: Amazon tells me that Max Payne 3 has shipped and will be here tomorrow!

Goog enough point, but since the thing that matters to me (story) is usualy the thing that's given the least amount of attention, what little they do say rings just a bit louder. It's already pre-ordered, so there's not much else I can do. I will say that after DD and Sleeping Dogs, I'm not pre-ordering anything else.

Yeah. I mean, I'd understand if adjusted for inflation the actual cost of games was down give or take 20% over the last decade or if AAA costs of production increase at a non-linear pace while price stagnates or something.
But everyone knows $50 in 1999 is the same as $50 in 2012.

Exactly. It's still JUST as expensive, and sending out a Day 1 DLC only screams: "If you had it ready this whole time... why the f*** am I paying more for something that
Also, I'm not a big fan of all these developers feeling like they have to clip on MP. I think it takes away from focusing on the main game, and is just a cheap way to ensure continued replayability and argue that players got their moneys worth... maybe not on main campaign, but, HEY LOOK! You can play with friends!
