Well, remember how you have to kill Lem by destroying the areas around him in order to get a real good shot at him? There's something like that, but it's only in one spot and was kind of easy for me to go through. However, the rest of the game is so good that it wont feel like it's missing. Unless you're a hardcore fan of Max Payne, you probably wouldn't have noticed.
