Yea, this pissed me off. Which is why I always support Legion in my non-Paragon playthroughs.

Common excuses for incompetence and stupidity

The Alliance already had the damned data; letting Tali have a copy wasn't going to ruin anything. In any case, a Spectre is allowed to do it.

At that moment Shepard barely knows Tali. And yet she expects Shepard to display loyalty to her Flotilla, a complete alien and irrelevant entity to Shepard at the time.

It was mostly Prazza's squad and he was an idiot.

What kind of leader can't even keep idiots in line?

So you completely missed Kal'Reegar's repetitions of Tali being the most important person on the mission?

What kind of leader lets that kind of loyal subordinates die in order to "upload data"? Don't tell me it's the Admiralty's orders. Stupid orders from superiors need to be disregarded by field commanders. Especially since the Quarians lack human resources to begin with.

Ah, so you expect her to have foreseen her admiral father to be a master war criminal?

What kind of idiotic Quarian sends Geth parts to the Flotilla without having the slightest clue what it's used for (she doesn't have a clue; just ask her on the Alarei)? And how smart must you be, if you don't even know what kind of person your father, and your only living relative, is?

So if it is your only canon Male Shep - go for Ash in ME1 and for Tali in ME2 and beyond.

Honestly though - I started my first ME2 palythroug with intend to stay loyal to Ashley, but later i found myslef unable to turn down Tali's love. it came so natural on me that I actualy didnt even thinked about any choices when it happen.

So if you feel the same way dont bother with Ashley - I mean she was ok but what is a mere Romance in comparision to true Love ?? :wub: I still respect Ash and i feel sorry for letting her down, but I think she would understand, It is not like I cheated on her...

Generally, I can only sustain an argument against someone more interested in flinging out insults than actual discussion if I really care about the issue, and I'm not quite that invested in Tali.

Well since I'm here. I totally prefer Tali over Misses "I'm going to call Shepard a traitor even though he's trying to help humanity more than the Alliance is and I've actually seen the threat" Ashley Williams...but that's just me and my opinion.
