Remember me. Which Country has never been invaded, never declared war and has always been a leader in international diplomacy? Make more sense to have the System Alliance Earth HQ As far as possible from New-York and Geneva and on a stable country/continent. remember that most of Africa and rural China hasn't evolved a lot. the Seattle-Vancouver megalocity is a good, original idea.

It's funny the more I think about it the more it seems like a good choice.  Totally unexpected, but good.

I'm waiting on that 'Canadian military uses horses' joke so I can punch somebody in the mouth. That one has been overused half to hell in Just For Laughs and I never want to hear it again.

For the record...
- Canadian Air Force > Others (besides Isreal/UK) in terms of training.
- We have the greatest snipers in the world. I don't know a less biased way to say it, really.
- Leopard 2A6 > M1 Abrams all damn day

Ya, it is. Although we added a few upgrades, like mine-proof plates and RPG-proof fencing.

Canada pretty much stopped making their own military equipment (although that was rare to begin with) after Diefenbaker cancelled the Avro Arrow in 1958, despite being 10 years ahead of all the interceptors in its time.

They needed slaves to do work in North America because Africans were less susceptible to disease, and were stronger. Rwanda became under French control for example.
