So you’re speaking for the whole community and all the customers who bought DA:O, what we like?
Maker help us all!

'We' isn't all inclusive y'know?

As I said in the other thread... I uhh.. don't like the trailer at all, I felt the cheese coming on like watching a Seagull (Seagal) film.

Though the possible similarity to the Kasumi dlc if shown to be fairly accurate would make this an insta-buy...

The thought of this stronghold guarded by Orlesian chevaliers just makes me wince.

I mean, really, we will get "Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time."

The minute they start launching Barnyard animals at me, i'm done.

Looks to me like a crappy version of the Kasumi DLC

While I enjoyed the Kasumi mission a lot (felt little like James Bond) and I have nothing against mission like these, I must agree.

But I hope there's more to the DLC than what meets the eye.

On second thought, I do have something else to say, or ask, rather: Will this Tallis be a light romanceable of sorts for the duriation of the DLC?

Except that "sneaking" and "stealth" isn't a new concept at all for the franchise.  It was a major part of any good rogue build in DA:O.  And it was something they obnoxiously scrapped for DA2.

Now they're bringing it back for a DLC and we're supposed to congratulate them for doing something "new"?  really?

There's always "that guy", isn't there?

Who's to say that it's going to be exactly like Origins? Who's to say it isn't totally revamped? At any rate, it's a new concept and experiment for DA2 that will carry over to future games.

God forbid we encourage the devs to do things we like. Posted Image

Indeed. Showing a little appreciation goes a long way! BioWare didn't have to make this DLC at all...

Of course they make further DLCs, which company doesn’t? Because what else should they do between the release of the next installment? And like Mike L. said “they got a lot of time to burn”.

The point is, if a regular customer isn’t allowed to be a bit suspicious about any extra like DLCs, if you have to pay for it.

Nu-rogue or not, with a DLC title like that she just has to have Mark of Death from the Assassin spec.

Very cool, although I imagine there are already people grabbing their pitchforks and lighting their torches due to it's lack of importance to the overall plot and whatnot.

Whilst rumours of Whyvern mounting abound, I find myself most curious about this stealth gameplay. Will be interested to see how the team have pulled it off, beyond the obvious 'go around fight x'. Companions in the vanilla game hardly seemed suited to such gameplay afterall, and there would have to be equivilant loot and xp rewards to those who choose the quieter path.

Edit: Looking at the stealth discussion above I'll add that I would expect it to be a more complete feature to get included in the write up this way, than it ever was in DAO.

But really all that I have written above is somewhat besides the point. The point being: Felicia Day. <3

Now please tell me she will be showing off the new DLC in person at Eurogamer this year. Please?

I hope so, as flirting with Felicia Day would satisfy a demand of the Qun

Same. At least then I'll have left before they decided to start dumping what looks like feces on me.

Haters gonna hate.

Kasusmi's Stolen Memory was awesome and I expect this to be the same.

Same here.

Though I think Felicia Day hinted at Tallis being flirty towards Hawke. I doubt a genuine romance would blossom from that though.

@The Ethereal Writer Redux - Brie. And if they wanted to be particularly cruel, they would heat it first.

Well I'm definetly hoping to get little flirty with her. She seems to be the one that flirts back though;)
