It's amazing the assumptions people will make in the ab sense of information. We have the bare bones of a story, yes, but there's a lot we don't know: Tallis' angle, what this jewel's history is etc etc.... So many unanswered questions for people to start making assumptions about what MotA is.

I agree there are too many ppl already saying its brilliant and Bioware take my money and others saying they hate it.  I personally don't trust Trailers as I've been to see too many Movies based on trailers only to find out I disliked the film.

I'm only disappointed due to the fact I personally wanted a post campaign dlc to find out what happens next with Hawke.  I'll reserve judgement until I get some more facts and maybe some reviews before I decide to buy it or not.

I would pay real money for a DLC that let me put either Anders or Fenris in a dress. Especially if it had ruffles.

And then have them dance the Remigold?

Whatever happened to there being no Orlesian titles except Lord and Lady, anyway?

Wasn't the Baroness in Awakening (in the Blackmarsh) Orlesian?

DLC news-wise, I'm glad (and somewhat relieved) there's more story based dlc (since we really don't need any more stuff packs, darn you EA, this is not the Sims!). I'm just hopeful they won't stop there and will actually give us Starkhaven DLC at some point (although that hint that the devs gave a little while back regarding being able to go to places like Starkhaven may have been, in fact, hinting at Orlais and this dlc.) And obviously, some dlc related to what happened after the main game and Hawke leaving Kirkwall (but they're probably saving the best for last).

I have this theory that the game itself was supposed to have stuff like Legacy as part of the main game, but EA (who are, as we all know, evil) forced them to strip it down and leave only Kirkwall related quests, so they can sell all the unused quests as dlc later on.. It's possible, you know. I'm just saying..

Okay, so maybe it's only a theory. :)

Back to the point, Legacy was great, but think of the possibilites in this one.. Orlesian parties, stinky cheeses and..did someone mention Fenris in a dress? Maker's breath!

Damn you Bioware. I told myself, "No more DLC until they actually cover the events after Act 3. No more silly extra quests because I don't want to have to try to find the best place chronologically in which to play it, and frankly I'm bored with DA2 at this point."

And then you threw Felicia Day in the mix.

Damn you Bioware. Damn you.

Yeah except for the fact that the DLC took months of fan feedback into consideration and there's proof that the voice actors all went back in the studio after DA2's release. Seriously, come on...

YES, i was looking forward to that:

- Hawke's suit Looks stupid
It's middle ages french inspired, what do you expect?
- the Warrior Champio Armor still looks stupid
no comment
- Why is the elven chick called Tallis???? it sounds like Tali, you're still trying to imitate Mass Effect Aren't you!!!?!?!?!
Tallis was also the name of the card deck that gave the Fire Knives their name in the Forgotten Realms....
- why is the water in tat shot of a fountain moving soooooo fast?
It's Versaille.

-- Why does it feel exactly like Kasumi DLC?????
Because you're looking for something to compare it to and in the absense of real details (aka spoilers) Kasumi fits nicely in the slot of perception.
WOW, i....
you do know that i'm not actually being serious about that do you?
i DO know how stupid my "complains" sound....
I was bored, csfteeeer, though it gave me a chance to point out the estate DOES look a lot like a mini Versaille.

Varric in a dress cosplay. That'd be EPIC.

Or very, very wrong. Can't decide which. :)

I appreciate very much that you can provide some DLC after the main story, but can we have a post-ending story after it? After all, the ending of DA2 is not so good and too short so should we prolong it a little?

BioWare is going to claim more of my money it looks like. Love that we get to have a full party again and Felicia Day's character look like fun, a little sad she will only be there for the one mission. However I can understand letting us meet her now and letting her be a full companion in DA3 (wink wink nudge nudge). As stated by other posters the only problem with the DLC is Arkham Asylum is coming out a few days later.

Now that would be a dlc I would look forward to. Though it still needs to be a good one.

Quick question: will the stealth sections still be playable if we don't have a rogue!Hawke? Or is that a feature only for that specific class?

Yes, though longer-term we might limit stealth to "a rogue in your party." More class-specific content is good.

Yaaaay for that!

So....like....mage exclusive quests soon...and....and...damn. You WILL take all my money, won't you?

For. the love. of. god.
Seriously Bioware, it wasn't possible to do better for her face ? It gives me here another example of how the elves are generally quite ugly to me in DA2. And the face is much less distinctive and " elf" that what we have seen in the main game.  That not reassure me for progress in the future in this area. :?

Otherwise, except this negative point, more about  orlesians and Qunari ? Mhh. I like it, this Orlesian  assassin dressed as Harlequin in the trailer, I think I'll love it. :D From what I saw, I already love Orlais :P..

If the first time, I was skeptical, after Legacy, I'm leaving on a positive note of what to expect.

We'll see.

I actually find Tallis and Felicia to be really hot. And Tallis looks like she was very closely modeled off of Felicia Day (which is to be expected, but I mean that she looks exactly like Felicia)

Arkham City can be beaten in eight hours, so it;s not going to take up all that much of your time.

Looks to me like a crappy version of the Kasumi DLC

You say this as if Stolen Memories was some kind of amazing DLC, when it wasn't (IMO). Kasumi's loyalty mission was 15 minutes of James Bond party mingling, which was cute for the novelty, and then it was like 45 minutes of shoot, cover, shoot, cover, shoot, cover, shoot, etc, like every other ME2 mission. If Mark of the Assassin is fully story based and not just 45 minutes of covering and shooting, then there's no reason why it can't be vastly superior to Stolen Memories in every way that matters.

The graphics style and lighting dont do her justice imo.....but that can be said for the whole of DA2 anyway.

You know what would really make me happy? To find out that a Warden envoy was invited.

And then Hawke stumbles into a room after the ambush to find that Warden envoy killing various assassins. The short and stout Warden is covered in blood, but he is not wearing clothes. The room reeks of ale.

The Warden turns to face Hawke, and Hawke can see that he is a Dwarf. Hair burning like a fire and a beard that looks like some sort of wild animal.

That Warden.... is Oghren. And he calls over his pet baby gorilla that he is raising to be fit for battle.

Oh gosh. I hope my companions also play dress up with me. It would be kind of immersion breaking to have Isabella in her pirate boots and Aveline in her Guard armor.

To me she can be hot because of her body, because of her clothes, could be hot because of her personality, but certainly not because of her face quite ugly. This isn't the best work produced by Bioware, . They could do so far better than that in my opinion.

But, well, the most important, is I think, the gameplay and the story. So whatever lol.

This. I wish she was a LI. She is attractive in an alluring way, much more so even than Morrigan (Hate her vanilla overuse of makeup) and Leliana (Cutesy ain't my type).
