For me there were many elves in DAII that looked amazing. Athenril, Ineria, Fenarel, Ilen, Paivel, Marethari, Merrill, Orana, Fenris, Orsino, Zevran (imo), Lia.

And I'm afraid that any tweaks to the DAII design may result in me going from loving the design to hating it. I don't wanna hate it T_T

her face reminds of those elves in origin that they look slightly human, so yes compared to the elves in DA2 she looks very different. Nothing wrong of course.

I'm telling you, it's her salmon steak ears! But that's my stomach talking. 

I think she's attractive; definitely better than many of the elves in the default release of DA2.

I have to agree with you.

Generally I really, REALLY dislike the look of the new elves in DA2, but for some reason I quite like how they've done FD's face. It is somewhat pretty, and definitely better than any other elf face I've seen in DA2. I'll probably still dislike the stick-thin body that Bioware have saddled the new elves with... but her face is nicely pretty.

DLC, and FD's character, sound interesting, so I will get it. 800 points at the ready!!

EDIT... they really should sort out the poor in-game lighting;)

Agreed. Cammen looked like he fell off the top of the ugly tree, hit every branch on said tree, hit the ground face first, rolled off of a cliff and into a boiling pit of lava, and was shot out of a volcano where he landed in a DAO Ogre's mouth, who then proceeded to make him a chew toy and eventually his "buddy".

Then there were various elven NPCs in Origins that looked ugly as well.

The only really bad looking elves are the low texture ones that are used to make the city feel more populous. But I get why they are so low texture, saving memory and all that.

That one servant/slave elf you can take home with you is pretty ugly as well, but that's part of her make up and serious manjaw.

Really the only issues with Marethari is I don't like her new hair, I prefer the hair from DAO

Probaly a Qunari relic or something. We know there is gonig to be strong Qunari and Orlais themes.

I actually think she looks much better than Merrill or Fenris, as I didn't like how either of them looked. They were just a better degree of ugly design to me.

The Elven version of Felicia however.... nice!!!
