Hello.

I really like the Busty Armor Mod but it changes all Human Females armor in the game.  Is there any way I can use this mod to change just the main character or Leliana the rogue and not all females?

Any help would be appreciated.

From what you describe that mod is a simple mesh override. In order to do what you want, you'd need to take the files from that mod and create uniquely named model sets, extend all the appropriate armour variation GDAs with your new model info, then create new items in the toolset that use your new unique appearance. Finally, you can spawn the new items in your inventory, on a vendor, etc.
