Ok so I've had a lot of trouble with getting the Cerberus Network DLC working for my game. I have used my code to download and install the DLC pack but it is not working correctly. Every time I log into my EA account it prompts me again to use my code to download the Cerberus Network. I also do not get the comic after the intro sequence and I don't get access to the locations or items that are supposed to be included. I will say that I did recieve the Blood Dragon Armor which, if I understand correctly, I should only recieve after the Cerberus Network is installed (and there is a copy of Dragon Age: Origins reqistered to my EA account) . I have tried uninstalling both the game and DLC and removing all files and starting again but I've had no success. I've also spent countless hours online with EA support and finally the most I got was I wasn't the only one having the probelm and to look here for any changes. As far as I can tell there haven't been any postings stating any changes for a problem like this so I'm wondering can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance for any help.

The cerberus pack does not include the blood dragon armour, it's already on the disc. You should check the XMB to see if it's installed as you have to do it manually. The comic should start just after sherpard gets killed if it doesn't then the dlc may have been corrupted, which you could try download again and see if that fixes it.

Well I've already tried uninstalling it and getting a new copy but it hasn't helped. And I guess if the Blood Dragon Armor if from the disc and doesn't need the Cerberus Network DLC then none of it is working for me.

What region is the game you are using. If you have a pal game and download a dlc from the American psn it will not work.

Hmmm not sure I'll have to check I guess. It was a gift so I don't know off hand.

Crap it is. I guess that answers that question. I'm assuming there's no way around that. Thanks for your help.

You could make a EU account and download the Cerberus pack from there.

Did your new solution work? I'm having a similar issue. I bought the game second hand, but did the right thing by going to PSN and buying the Cerberus Pack from there like the good little gamer I am. It cost me 24 dollars australian, but downloaded it fully legit off the store, which told me I'd get armour packs, Zaeed, the Genesis comic and more. I've tried reinstalling it, deleting and reinstalling, redownloading, etc, and still have nothing. Any thoughts?

To access DLC for the game, you have to have the game registered to your account. From your profile, I see that you haven't registered the UPC (all 12 digits by the barcode at the bottom back of the game box), which could be causing the DLC to fail to load.

I don't understand so I have to register the game under my account to get the DLC that I paid for with my copy of ME2? This is so confusing and aggravating, I let it download, come back to check if its installed, try it, get to the part where Miranda says I let the council die and I throw my controller at the wall. Please post a guide to this because I just bought it today because I was a fan on the 360 and now I'm about to return it and never pick up another EA game again, had way too many problems with NCAA 12 and now this fml
