 I recently installed and downloaded the Dragon Age Toolset onto my laptop so I could exploit mods and such.  I loaded up the toolset and it says "Dragon Age Toolset Demo Tutorial".  I don't want the demo tutorial, I want the actual program.  Help?

If by "the actual program" you mean the Single Player campaign then all you need to do is select the File > Manage Modules option from the menu bar, highlight the Single Player option in the module list and click on the Open button.
