What about Flemeth aging from "Stolen Throne" to Origins? Maric's description of her when they meet makes her seem more like Morrigan. Does the blight cause her to age? There is also the matter of Utha from 'The calling" and "awakening', assuming you sided with Architect. And as a side note: for those who havent read "The calling" you missed out on Duncan being the ultimate badass by riding a dragon as it flies around a cave(after messing everyone else up), while plunging his daggers all along it's back and ultimately the base of its skull. Duncan = Badass!!!
I would imagine that Flemeth can change her appearance at will. If she wanted/needed to appear young to Maric, I'm sure it was within her power to do so - Morrigan does comment that she herself is easily capable of shapshifting to another human form.
