Downloaded DLC Items on Launch Date, Cannot Access for PC

Hello, I bought ME2 Collectors Edition for the Xbox 360 on January 26th, 2010 and redeemed the codes for use on Xbox. However, I was offered the ability to download and use these items for the PC version as well. After all this time, I have decided to purchase the PC version for a new experience. However, when I try to run the applications for the DLC, it claims I do not have Mass Effect 2 installed. I purchased the game through Steam and it runs perfectly fine. How would I get the applications to detect that ME2 is installed? I have four of them, "ME2_Collectors" "ME2_NormandyCrash" "ME2_Terminus" and "ME2_Zaeed". Thank you for your time
