Heck, in some states, a 15 year old can be tried as an adult if the crime they've committed is serious enough.
Moreover, if a business desides that people under the age of 18 are not adults, there's nothing you can do even if state law saws otherwise. Rental car companies don't let you use their business unless you're 25 or older. The laws that deal with whether you're an adult or not are built around protecting minors in the majority of cases. Businesses are only punished if they let people who are too young buy goods or use services they're not allowed to do.
Lastly, Microsoft doesn't HQed in your state. It's in Washington, and those are the laws it would need to follow first and foremost. That's why porn sites only allow people who are 21 or older even though there are states where 18 years olds can buy pornography.
In summery: You whack, bro.

Definitions.
211.021. *1. As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
Oh look, that means that the definition of adult in that section ONLY applies to THAT section and has no other bearing than that which means you being an "adult" only applies to the Missouri juvenile court system and nothing else.
This thread doesn't belong here and you sound like a butthurt stuck up kid who is trying to act like he's all smart and use legal documents to prove a point but unfortunately you turned that against yourself by overlooking something so have a good day. Goodbye.

I contacted you about this before, like two weeks ago, and you didn't even reply, that's low, even for you. Now then, I'm going to repeat myself for those of you who do not listen (i.e. Bill Gates and his employees). I am a citizen of the State of Missouri, and in the State of Missouri you are officially and legally an adult at the age of 17. You are also given all the privileges and responsibilities of being an adult (with the ONLY exception being that you can't vote in the presidential election). Now then, as I stated in my e-mail to you two weeks ago, it won't let me update my account to an adult account. As you can clearly see in Chapter 211 of the Missouri Revised Statutes (which was revised on August 28, 2009), I am a an adult. You can view Chapter 211 of the Missouri Revised Statues here: http://www.moga.mo.g...ers/chap211.htm
Thank you for contacting me, Kevin1gamer. I am Microsoft. In response to your query: What is this I don't even...
