I purchased the FInd the Witch game but it will not download.
Tried to fix the issue myself as per the suggestions in the FAQ (config, repair, etc,,,) but still nothing
what is the best way to:
1. get tech support
2. get refunded for 1 out of the two purchases

You are unlikely to get a refund, but you can certainly contact official support at support.EA.com to try. That is also the link fir official tech support. There is a solutions round up thread pinned to the top if this forum and a DLC FAQ also pinned to the top of this forum with solutions to the most common problems.
