That's all fine and dandy, but the thing is that the OP was outlandishly stating that by simple virtue of having explicit sex scenes, one game had a better portrayal of romance than the other.

I for one have nothing against casual sex or explicit sex scenes, I'd welcome them in any BW game (provided it's done well... which I doubt it would). But if someone is going to say that the inclusion of that stuff instantly means "BETTER ROMANCE!" (what the OP is doing), yeah, I'm gonna call that out as crap.

I agree, if BW were to implement casual sex scenes then do it properly or don't do it at all.Personally I didn't mind ME1 scenes, I thought that they were tastefully done, I don't think that implementing the same style found in TW2 would necessarily do anything for ME, It should stick to what it is good at and try to refine and improve it.

I prefer the ME1 sex scenes over TW2's, personally. I'd rather they do that.

I think I've been roasted enough already. I shouldn't have said what did, I never presumed to speak for all men. I view sex as romantic, and I don't feel the need to apologize for it. Anyway, I've pissed everyone off which wasn't my intention, so I'm done.

This all seems like one long drawn out disagreement between various parties.

So, I wonder. If Bioware made the romance scenes more akin to ME2 level and not very intimate at all, but the gameplay was fantastic beyond words, couldn't find a thing wrong with it. Would it then be a bad game? Cause it sure seems like romance scenes are the be all, end all with this series and as much as I like the romances, they aren't ALL that's important.
