So I recieved my copy of dragon age today. I installed it, I redeemed my code that was in the package for the stone prisoner. But its not updating in game as "availabe" to DL. The other items that I unlocked were like the lucky ring and a bag item. Any Dev help available? Also I tried to purchase the Warden DLC but the site asks for me to confirm my Acount PW then the site crashes.

It is the Maker's way of punishing you for getting the game early. I am sorry.

Actually I just figured it out. You have to redeem the code, and ingame there is a little Refresh button you have to hit and then it starts DL'n and ridiculously fast too I might add...

To add "points" basically you are buying it online then it updates that you have 560 points available to spend however you want. The address to actually purchase Warden DLC is points.bioware.com/(lots of stuff in here) but it just keeps saying problem loading page. Oh well such is life.

just updating here, the stone prisoner is 550ish mb and it DL'd in less than 10min. Thats freaking awesome.

Man...people getting it early. That is really lame...especially for those of us who won't get getting it until the official date! Oh well, that's playing by the rules for ya.

you can't get the stone prison DLC till the game comes out nov 3 I think

well, it is june, I purchased the game yesterday and redeemed the code. DLC appears in my registered game promotions, but there is no download link. Same problem ingame - it does simply not appear.

The DLCs are not downloaded from this site - they should automatically download and instal in game, but sometimes the service doesn't work as it should. Hopefully, the ideas here will provide a solution for you: http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613
