Hey, I have just purchased some bioware points online, and it has not shown up on my account. Does it take a while to physically ship those points somehow, or have I just wasted 20 bucks?

Should happen very quickly, within minutes. I haven't seen it take longer than 15.

There is a separate forum for trouble with points, but NONE of these Bioware forums have any Official Representation aboard. For that, you must scroll down, and click on the link in the bottom center for EA's Help.
