As for Thane, Drell Marksman is the better choice so you can have his weapon damage at its highest. The added health bonus from Drell Veteran isn't worth the tradeoff in weapon damage, on any difficulty.
With Grunt, I don't know really. I'm of the mind that no ally in this game can actually tank for your squad, so from that aspect, Pureblood would be useless. I'd go with Warlord but I don't use Grunt all that much to say definitively one way or the other.

Thane: Drell Marksman for the increased weapon damage.
Grunt: I agree with chrisnabal, no ally can really tank for you in this game. I hardly ever use Grunt outside of his loyalty mission as I do not find him useful at all. Flip a coin to decide.

for the weapons i have all dlc and all weapons, I need a suggestion, is better geth shotgun, incisor rifle, claymore shotgun, for garrus better viper or mantis?
The Incisor is only good in your squadmate's hands. You run into a lot of ammo issues if Shepard has the Incisor. For Garrus, I recommend that you use the Incisor.
Not sure what you are asking about the shotguns. If you asking about Grunt, then I recommend the Geth Plasma Shotgun (GPS). Squadmates like to fire shotguns at any range and the GPS is extremely accurate. If you are asking what shotgun you should take as an Engineer, then that choice is made for you. You cannot take the Claymore on the Engineer without modding your game.

Perhaps not the best from a damage standpoint, but he is pure Krogan, you should be in awe and five him the biggest shotgun possible.
I haven't noticed much of a difference between Warlord and Pureblood for him to be honest.

Cerberus Tactician is good for the squad health boost, but again, the bonus is small, but combined with armor pieces it can really add up.
Either one is fine but I recommend Cerberus Leader for the weapon damage boost so you and your squad can strip defenses quicker.

Incinerate is not DoT. It's CC effect lasts 3 seconds but its damage is done instantly. As such it doesn't benefit from class passives or duration upgrades, unlike Reave, who benefits from both (but gets a -20% duration penalty on Insanity).chrisnabal wrote...
The better passive evo for the engineer would be based on what your build looks like. I prefer mechanic because the duration adds to combat drone, cryo blast, incinerate and (I believe but could be wrong) AI hacking. Now someone is going to come here and argue that damage bonus on a class that has most of the damage coming from their powers is better....but duration bonuses can affect power damage if DoT (damage over time) is in play, so keep that in mind.
As for Thane, Drell Marksman is the better choice so you can have his weapon damage at its highest. The added health bonus from Drell Veteran isn't worth the tradeoff in weapon damage, on any difficulty.

On topic, if you play NG, either Demolisher or Mechanic is fine, depends one which powers you use more.
Incinerate/Overload/Explosive Drone/Reave/Energy Drain - Demolisher
AI Hack/Cryo Blast/Attack Drone/Neural Shock/Flashbang Grenade - Mechanic
On NG+ always go for Demolisher early game since you won't be able to strip enemy Shields with one Overload otherwise. And without duration upgrades Mechanic powers don't help that much. Late game you can switch to Mechanic like in NG.
Always go for Drell Marksman and Krogan Pureblood on my Engineers/Infiltrators. Thane is DPS and Grunt is Tank. Their roles are clear. On my Vanguards though I spec all squadmates for DPS as they hardly ever get hit.

AI HAcking in mass effect 2 in not powerfull, I Rush always with overlaod and incerinate, locust and alliance pistol.
I'm not a person that stand back of a box or a reapair, i use drone only for distract the enmy and attack with overload, when the drone explode it damage the enemy, I attack with overload again and it explode.

Yeah you're right, I guess I got confused since I have seen it slowly inch a health bar down over time, but having just checked it today, it does deal instant damage to protection. Usually, I replace incinerate's role with reave and I use attack drone, so from that standpoint I get a little more out of mechanic.
