[Golden Owl]

Inspired by my 'Sheps Motivation' Thread:

If your Shep was a real person....the Shep you RP.... do you think you would like him/her as a person and get along with him/her?

Of my four "completed" Sheps...

Jo: I don't know if I'd actually befriend her (she's short-tempered and very strict), but I think I'd respect her for her diplomacy, intelligence, and capacity to sympathize with others.

Dick: He's one of those annoying jock-types I innately can't stand. He has a sense of humor, though, so he'd be fun to watch from a distance.

Wen: EPIC DRINKING BUDDIES. She's my self-insert, anyway.

HotWings: She's got a lot of issues and is as cuddly as a prickly pear. I think I'd resolve to leave her the hell alone long before I ever got to know her.

For sh*ts and giggles, I have imagined all of them as my social peers.

If Shepard was real, he wouldn't waste his time getting to know me.

Unless I was in the RCAF or something, which I probably won't be. (eyesight requirements)

My prime-#1-alpha-canon-legit female Shepard, Alex, suffers from horrible author insertion. At least, when I roleplay her / imagine how she'd actually respond to things. She has a quick temper, talks a lot, but has a good sense of humor and a pragmatist view on the world which is [more often than not] fairly neutral.

So yeah, I'd get along with her.

I have RP'ed my Shep as with an ego big enough to blot out the sun....my excuse for his holier-than-thou and naive uber Paragon moments....

But despite that I would in fact get along well with him...challenge and razz him something shocking...but would find him endearing despite his arrogence and have respect for the man.

main paragon shep I would get along with very well, she wouldn't have it any other way, being the social butterfly with "why can't we be friends" agenda. my renegon? pretty sure we'd end up having a spectacular fight after which I'd be very carefully watching my back for retribution... for the rest of my life.. on the other hand, knowing what I do about her, I think I'd avoid her before it got that far.

I have too many Shepards to go through the rest of the, but some I would get along with, others - not so much.

I think the paragon Shep and I would have a hard time relating to each other. She's far more blunt, outspoken and preoccupied by her next job. It would be a very detached polite meeting.
The renegade Shep would tick me off so badly that one of us would end up bludgeoned to death if we were forced into constant close proximity.

Being a former Military soldier, my shepard is modeled after me. The tough choices Shep makes and the experiences he goes through I can closely relate to, so I definitely would get along with my Shep

I think she and I would have a few issues with each other. Both of us like being in charge, and neither like being told what to do.

I play canon as myself, so there's that.

Troll Shepard has issues.

Pirate Shepard is pretty awesome, but she'd scare the hell out of me as well. Very conniving individual.

Like he already is, my main Shepard (mostly Paragon) would be my role model, probably to the point where I'd be a bit nervous around him (no ******). After a while, we'd likely be bros. Basically the ME1 Shepard/Garrus relationship.

As a female running a male Shep, custom made to suit my taste in eye candy......I would have no proplem with any LI option myself with him...
