You could say the same bout Tali and Miranda. They don't give femShep the time of day and their conversations stop at that point.spiros9110 wrote...
I realize that, but she still rejects fem-shep anyway. I'm fine with her being a bi-option in Mass Effect 3, I would just like an explanation of that specific comment.
Shepard comes down to talk. She's tired of talking which to me is what the girls club comment comes from.
How exactly are Tali & Miranda "not giving fem Shepard the time of day" when they're still open to talking to Shepard (like every other character besides Jack) and tells Shepard that it's been an honor serving with her?

I always took Jack's comment to mean "I'm not into all this touchy-feely girly talk **** Shepard." She seems pretty cavalier about whether or not she has a "boyfriend or a girlfriend" so I don't think she is saying "I don't do girls." Uh, Jack ... you already told me you did if that were the case.
But then again, my femShep wasn't hitting on her either ... she was just wanting to chat when Jack shut their dialogue down. That is one of my complaints about the game ... you either romanced or people were calibrating, quitting the girls club, crap.
Yah I see your point. Again, just the way I view, but I can see that being the case as well. It's obvious she's done it with women and men, but I see that more of experimenting throughout her wild life. Either way, I'm fine with her becoming an option for female Shepards.
Hopefully Bioware really nails the friendship route this time around also because that's an annoyance for all the characters, especially if you're not trying to pursue a romance.

Ooh! Let's take a look at things the majority of the world thought were true just over the years shall we?
- The world is flat
- The sun revolves around the earth
- Slavery is a good idea!
- Jews should be punished for killing the big JC
- Women are property
- All a good docter needs is some blood letting equipment

No they don't. They keep saying their busy and any conversations with them are over. LI give more conversations to the opposite sex than those that are the same sex.Collider wrote...

Some of the romances are shallow and really add nothing to the game as well. But, IMO, I do think romances should be part of RPGs and if done correctly, can have the PC make choices in the game that have consequences. What makes it the way you say it is, is when they remove player agency from the game when regarding riomances, of which Bioware has done lately and in many cases. As far as the highlighted line, I have yet to see where any of the gay folks I know in here have lobbied against straigthness in the games.

The instant someone on the opposite side comes up with a salient point, I'll receive it as such. And, once again, the credibility of one side is destroyed by one person acting like a fool, and some on the other side are only too eager to lap it up and ignore any valid points that opposing side has.

Well hate speech is frowned upon. You have a right to say it... doesnt mean you should. I am not trying to affect the things in society and life that you happen to like / be a part of. I dont like the rodeo... it doesnt mean I am going to speak out against it to try to stop you from getting your head knocked around by the bull you are riding. I dont like NASCAR... I wont speak out angainst it and prevent you from going to a race where a car might fly out into the stands and land on top of you. I dont like the idea of a person like you having children... but i dont speak out against you having the right to have children.Agamo45 wrote...
