y think so. even if DA2 didnt was the best game, i love the lore of dragon age

and still not so bad game, just because it had high expectations because of DAO and didnt live up to it, think thats why ppl dont like da2:D

I’m loathe to support DA2 but MOTA does look interesting and I’ve been encouraged enough by what little we’ve learnt about it thus far. I’ll likely wait for the reviews to roll in before deciding to purchase or not, but I’m surprised to admit that I’m already seriously tempted.

Yep. I'm hardly flushed with cash but I can probably stretch the £6 for a 2-3 hour DLC, since I'll probably get 8-12 hours out of it before I'm done that's better value than ppv anyway. ;)

Also, it just looks really cool and I want it.

I'm very likely going to sit this one out, it just seems like redemption marketing to me :/ As much as I support DA2 from a a retired GI perspective, this just reeks of what I do in my current job.

I might change my mind, after seeing a walkthrough. But I guess 'we'll seee'

I will buy it on day one. BioWare obviously loves me and wants me to be happy. :D

ill wait until I see at least some info on da3 before I invest any more moneys in the series

that said as some one that has acquired no dlc for this game i think id buy sebastion or legacy before this

That's along the lines of what I am thinking.

I don't have any of the DA2 DLC thus far, and don't know whether or when I will purchase any of it.  While the idea of new content is certainly interesting to me, the idea of slogging through another playthrough of DA2 is not.  The game has some bright spots, to be sure, but being beaten over the head again and again and again with the whole mage vs. templar thing only to end up feeling like you spent the last 7 years failing at everything that really matters - nah.  I just don't want to go there again.

The current direction of the franchise seems to be reaching for a different audience than those of us who preferred the gameplay, type of story, and genre presented in DAO.  Unless and until I see some indication that future installments will provide a gaming experience more amenable to my tastes and interests, it is very likely that I will not be purchasing any more content for this franchise.

No, I'm not going to buy more DLC for Dragon Age 2. I liked Legacy, but after buying it, I have read many developers stating that many aspects of DA2 that I dislike will be present on future titles. So, since I don't want to give them more motives-money to believe they are in the right direction, the franchise is short of dead for me.

Also, I have seen the trailer and I felt that this DLC is a not-so-veiled attempt to further masseffectize Dragon Age universe . Hawke dressed in orlesian suit, kicking a guard while smiling... sigh. I really hope you go back from this track, bioware.

On the other hand, I'm replaying Origins again ^_^

Since I didn't buy any Origins DLCs, and am averse to DLCs in general:

Yes! I'm really excited about more story and am really interested in seeing what 'stealth play' looks like during the DLC. Bring it!

I most certainly will, even though the whole Redemption promotion thing puts me off...

Only way for me to express my disappointment towards DA2 is not buying any DLC for this game.
Sorry Bioware, for me you really messed up Part 2. I sincerely hope you'll recover in Part 3.

Absolutely. Day one purchase. I had never heard of Felicia Day until this DLC was announced, but she appears to look the part, and what little I've heard of her voice acting sounds fine. It doesn't hurt that I find her quite appealing, aesthetically speaking.

Ok, first of all I love the Legacy DLC it was really fun but too short. Too short because it was too fun.

Anyway, just by what I saw on the trailer in mark of the assassin. I will definately buy it. The new character looks so hot. It also remind me of Kasumi's DLC from ME2 and it was a great fun DLC.

So, how about you guys. Have Legacy changed your mind about DA2? Enough to make you buy further DLC for DA2?

I will buy the DLC since it sound interesting and fun. I like the fact that in DLCs Bioware has a little bit of room to experiment and try new things. Legacy is a big improvement over DA2 in terms of gameplay, combat and polish. Moreover the recycle was kept to a minimum.

But unfortunately that does not change my opinion of DA2: I can only judge the game I've played and not what could have been "if". Time and resources are not an excuse since I payd that game 50 euros.

Still aint bought legacy cos its overpriced and this one will likely be the same.

So probably not.

Waiting on a proper expansion that will actually finish Hawke's story. Give us a real ending that makes contextual sense.

I think I might buy it multiple times. I'm really interested to see how they integrate throwing weapons. I always thought that was an intriguing concept in Legends and I hope it makes it into DA3 as a viable skill tree/specialization.

I still don't get the "overpriced" complaint. Legacy gave me a few hours of fun, and the replay value was high. And it was cheaper than a dinner and movie.

Ordinarily, I would be saying I'd definitely buy story dlc on the first day. But I'm still waiting for the import flags to be fixed with Legacy before I play it in my Fenris romance game. So I guess I'll wait to find out if the imports work properly in this new dlc before I get it.

I know ... I know ... romance only plays a small part in the game. But if there is a romance, it's very irritating when it's broken.

Have you heard of any updates on the romance flags in Legacy? What was once a "we're looking into it" item seems to have been swept under the rug. :?
