That said, I support Felicia Day and her being in this has me excited. So, yeah, I'm buying this DLC solely because it's Felicia Day.

I'm only hanging around here these days out of a combination or bordom and waiting for news about direction DA3 is going so I can moan and whine if it's not the direction I like. I might aswell be honest about it.

To boot, I have no interest in Felicia Day and I have my doubts anything of note will be revealed in this DLC from a story or lore POV. I'll just get Lonesome Road for NV instead

No interaction anytime with companions.
Did we play the same DLC... ? My companions didn't shut up the whole DLC.
Maybe something more along the lines of stopping and opening up a conversation a la the party camp in DA:O or their resting spots in DA2. Just my assumption havent played legacy.

It would be quite silly of me to buy this DLC given I no longer own the game itself or have installed.

Dont forget the moaning and whining about DA2!

But I heard she was mediocre and being rammed down our throats? Bad joke but I really dont know her other then Eureka and I've missed seasons worth of episodes of that show. I do like redheads...
Will I get this? Yes
Do I know when? Not a clue
GOt DA2 thru gamefly played thru it 3 times sent it back. Only reason I own a copy (pc version) is that a friend picked it up becaues I talked so much about DA:O that he had to get that game and DA2. He likes em both.
It comes down to if I get around to it before Sword of the Stars 2 comes out and ToR. If it doesnt happen before then, it will be a long way off.

Also how can you complain about how disappointed you are by the experience if you don't own the game - it's kind of the price of admission to the whingers club.

Been there, done that; got the T-Shirt.
Only thing left is sit here nomnom my welsh cakes and wait to see if anything I have said regarding DA2 plays any part in direction of DA3 which relates to my initial comment. (I live in Wales so have infinite quantities of welsh cakes, so no hurry to move on).

I am sure Felicia enjoys your support as will Bioware with the purchase. But, it will remain to be seen whether or not the DLC is quality ('quality' being a subjective thing, of course), regardless of the minor star power of the caricature. I thought 'Legacy' made a small advance forward, for my taste (my own emphasis), but it was still far short.

Despite DA2's flaws I'm still interested in the Dragon Age world. Legacy was enjoyable, and since this is also a story DLC, that'll add at least some lore, I'm game.
That said, contrary to many others, I do like DLC for games I enjoy. So I'm looking forward to The Missing Link (DE:HR) and Lonesome Road (F:NV) as well. Those two and MoTA might keep me busy while I wait for Skyrim.

Not a dire issue, but the more companions of my choice I can bring along the more banter and unique dialogue I'd presumably get: always a plus in my book.
*Edit* Nevermind, dug around and found the answer social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/315/index/8333518/1%2526lf%253D8#8334813 One less companion is a bit of a bummer, but oh well.

Perhaps I simply missed the answer somewhere, but I have a question: how will the party makeup on this module work? Will I be limited to two companions of my choice with Tallis as the third 'locked' companion? Will we have the 3 slots as per normal and she is simply one of the choices?

Despite being very disappointed with DA2 and not very thrilled with what I perceive as BioWare's change in game design philosophy -
and being a mild bit concerned about the seemingly increased combat focus of ME3 -
I WANT to support BioWare. They've made games I consider great, and I still am (pessimistically) hopeful for the Dragon Age franchise.
I don't expect MotA to be terribly good outside of me enjoying Ms. Day's voice acting and (hopefully) some of the quality writing I can usually count on BioWare to deliver.
I'm not ashamed of admitting to liking actors, writers, what-have-you. I don't think people are inherently cooler for dissing things.
And I'm quite alright with people having different tastes than mine.

As I'll probably be playing this as part of a 3rd playthrough, my Rogue playthrough, I think I'll do this DLC with Isabela (yes, I still HATE her, but follow me here), Varric, Tallis and my Rogue, Grey Hawke.

I said *my* throat. I couldn't care less whether or not you've had enough of this silly attempt on Bioware's part to forcefully create a cult of personality out of some random internet celebrity. *I* have. Which is why I won't be buying this thinly veiled Redemption marketing ad.

Yeah, I've not seen the current season of Eureka yet so I haven't had the pleasure - but I do love that show.
More of a Buffy/Dr. Horrible/Dollhouse thing for me.
And, of course, The Guild and everything that goes with that successful project.
But, to be clear, the excitement for me for her in this DLC is due almost exclusively for how much I loved Veronica in New Vegas.

She's an actress, not some random chick with a popular youtube video. Felicia day is popular and bioware would be stupid not to use that to sell the DLC. It's called marketing, deal with it.Yrkoon wrote...
