HEAL WILSON in Room B

There is a medi-gel pack station on the wall, I'm told to "GRAB" medi-gel pack and to heal Wilson. How do I make Shepard "GRAB I have tried everything. HELP !

This is the tech support, not gameplay forum.  You should post in here: http://social.biowar...egory/105/index .  Though if you're having trouble with such a basic action as understanding "grab" here, it might take a while.  Simple walk up the med station that is blatantly indicated in game and press the key commonly known as "action" or "use item".  Mine is configured to middle mouse button, but in ME2 can default as the space bar or some such.  You are very near the start of the game.  If you are new to such games, I suggest calming down and paying attention a bit more.

It's the action key, which you use for pretty much everything. If you can't grab the medi-gel you may have stumbled into a common problem where people with slow hardware (and therefore low framerates) can't always interact with objects.
