The one I want to see most is Morrigan. It would make sense to see Leliana, Cassandra and Flemeth as well. I'd also like to see Alistair/Anora.
Dragon Age 3 – who do you want to see?

The Warden, Hawke, Alistair and Anora, some of DA:O and DA2 crews, (especially Morrigan and Varric), Cullen (as a party member... and a romance option
), and Feynriel.
And Flemeth, of course!

As long as Flemeth is in there I'm happy. Really I'm very wary of having too many characters from previous games turning up. I suppose my thought on the matter of cameos and returning characters is, is there a worthwhile story to be told with them and a worthwhile reason for them to be in the location(s) the game takes place in.
Take Cullen for an example. He's stationed in the Ferelden Circle Tower. Ok, great. After those traumatic events he gets reassigned to Kirkwall across the sea in the Free Marches, and gets a promotion. Ok, fine. But if DA3 is set in Orlais as seems most likely, and with the whole Templars broken away from the Chantry, fighting mages storyline, is there a worthwhile reason for Cullen to turn up in Orlais? I'm very doubtful. It seems more likely that even if he's part of the Templars who have broken away he'd still be operating in the Free Marches.
So yeah, long story short, give worthwhile reasons for previous characters to turn up and I'm fine, but don't shove them in to fill some sort of cameo/fanservice quota.

My Warden, Morrigan,(King) Alistar, Leliana, Isabela, Merrill, Bodahn, Sandal, Verric, Bhelen, Lady of the Forest and Flemeth. I could live without seeing Hawke again, although I did love the character Bethany.

I think Brent Knowles and a different developer (if Bioware is going to be that way they are now, which is very likely) sounds very nice.
But that is too much to hope for, of course, (sigh).

Sandal and Flemeth to continue their multi-game story arcs (actually, I think its a single arc - as Flemeth appears to Sandal ("The old lady is scary"). Other than that, NO ONE. No the Warden, not Hawke. No Morrigan, or Lelianna.
None, zero, zip, nada.
DA2 was so nearly disastrous that I think they need to take a reboot approach. Respect canon, reference history for continuity, but basically start from scratch.

I want to find my Hawke laying back somewhere in Antiva (Orlais works too) with her Fenris, being pampered and getting hammered.
As for my warden, I want to find him with Morrigan and the OGB...I don't really care what they are doing, I just want them together and happy and all that jazz and the OGB would be a wonderful compainion in my opinion (romancable compainion that is...)
Oh and I want Flemeth, Cassandra, Sandal and cameos of almost everyone, especially Oghren. Overall though, I want to see Duncan (you couldn't find his body on RO, I refuse to believe he and his beautiful beard are gone...and I want him and Hawke to have a discussion on amazing beards...yeah...that would be...wonderful) Fiona and Maric (Maric was lost at sea...that doesn't necessarily mean he's dead either) I loved the books so much. I got so excited when I found all the little accessories and items that connected with them

Go back to the multiple backgrounds like DA1. That sold the game for me. Let us play Qunari, male and female. Make the PC the active part of the adventure rather than just react to various requests like DA2 inflicted on us. In other words, the PC goes out and starts the adventures rather than letting it come to him. Completely original NPCs, not just retreads from cameos from the last game. No combat scenes where I get "It's Raining Men" stuck in my head. How about purely hetero love interests? Stealing an idea from Mass Effect, how about a LI that's not a PC? Romance the bar maid, I always thought Bella from DA1 could have been a great LI. Think outside the box, you have a great world going, expand on it.

As companions or NPC, at least. So theres my personal list (without people like Flemeth, Morrigan, The Warden, Alistair etc. cause everybody needs them
):
Boys:Greagoir, Jowan, Zathrian, Oghren, Teagan,
Girls:Bethany, Athenril, Lia, Velanna (or Lanaya), Dagna, Adal Helmi, Shale in mortal state (dwarven girls are cute)

I want to see my Warden again together with his beloved Morrigan and their child. I also hope for a lot of cameos appearances - Oghren, Alistair, Zevran, Leliana, a.s.o.
. But this time I hope the team put more effort in their design - Alistair and Zevran have given me the creeps.

I'd prefer to see a cast of almost entirely new characters - with exceptions for Flemeth and Cassandra for continuity. If I had to pick a returning companion I'd go with Nathaniel and Sigrun.

I'd like to see Morrigan's child as the pc character. But then it shouldn't be revealed till mid-to-late game. Ah, would be the perfect nod towards Baldur's Gate.

Warden, Alistair, Morrigan, Varric - none of the other DA2 companions because they were dreadful oh apart from Sebastian but have him as a proper romance option not all that chaste marriage rubbish.

Flemeth, Wynne, Wynne’s son, King Alistair, Leliana, King Alistair mother Fiona,Varric, Morrigan, Sandel and Bodahn and a new hero. Warden and Hawk could have died lost at sea.

I for one would like to see the warden and Hawke in the next upcoming game of Dragon age. It'd be great! I mean if you played as the amell mage in dragon age origins then you can meet up with your cousin. But what would make it better if Bioware lets you decide if you want to keep playing as the warden or as Hawke. If not neither then play as another character that meets up with the two dragon age stars, the warden and hawke! Agree or disagree? Coming to the romance it'd be cool if all part members were able to be romanced with. Like Varic in Dragon age 2. I don't know, anybody agree or disagree on me with this?

My King-Consort, Anora, and a royal heir. I really think it will be a big mistake if there isn't one, and I hope they change their mind on that. All of the DAO companions back, and absolutely nothing from DA2.
