Just did a clean install of Windows 7 and i'm having to reinstall all of my applications.  BioWare makes it easy to retrieve the Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2 DLC that you already own, but what about Pinnacle Station for the first Mass Effect?  I dont have the original installer and I really, really shouldnt have to buy it again just so i can reinstall something i already paid for.  Is there a way for me to get the Pinnacle station download without having to pay for it a second time off EA Origin?

I would think the only way to get it at this point without buying it again would be to go through EA Support, through their chat support site most likely. That is, IF you can prove you bought Pinnacle Station before. IF it's registered to your account, maybe EA Support can retrieve it for you or issue you another code. Might be worth a shot.

once there, you can click the 'contact us' link and then if I remember correctly, it'll give you the option to contact support through their chat feature.

Had to download Origins and get Pinnacle Station from there since it was already tied to my account. Wasn't so lucky with Bring Down the Sky. Was able to get the download for BDTS but there was no way EA support could find out what my old registration key to BDTS was and no means for them to generate a new key for BDTS, even though they can normally hand out keys for other DLC. Guess i'm SoL on BDTS.

Keep trying EA support. It depends on which rep you get, some of them are complete muppets who couldnt find their own backside with a map and a flashlight, while others seem to know what they are doing and will get you the code no problems.

I would suggest in future you write down your product codes so you dont have to go through the process again.
