I brought Mass Effect 2 sometime in May (it was on offer) but i have only now started playing it . I opened the case which was sealed but there was no booklet in there so i not sure where my code is for the downloadable content.

Can anyone help PLEASE

I didn't get a booklet with my copy either but I did get a piece of paper with Zaeed on it, with the redemption code on the back.

Yeah, I got a sheet of paper with the code on it too. There is no booklet (grrr!) for the game.

On the back of the paper that has the picture of Zaeed with his code is the code to activate the Cerberus Network.

If you do not see this, I would contact the retailer you purchased it from.

Also, you will need to register your UPC code (all 12 digits by the barcode on the back of the box) to actually access any DLC as the game must be registered on your account.

I lost the paper that had Zaeed and the Cerberus Network code before i could redeem it. My baby brother like the drawing or something, and it ended up in the garbage can before i could do anything? is there any solution for this? or do I have to buy another cerberus pass?

PINKY0809, I suggest you contacting BioWare's support via an email or such, I bet that they'll give you another one if you just give a good description of what happened!
