go under squad in the menu and it should be in the top left when you are on shepard, if you kept imported face from mass effect 1 there won't be a code (imported and didn't change your face)

Also, you might need the custom hair for the first. If not, the character model will be wrong. Do you have it?

In the future, I'll probably end up getting the PC versions of the ME trilogy because I can't play ME1 because I don't have an xbox nor do I ever plan on getting one. I just need to get a better PCC.
