yes in theory, no in practice. why? in addition to the fact that all existing LI's (even Liara in shadow broker) made it very clear that they will not tolerate multiple partners (which means they would have to use all new LI's for that), bioware has enough trouble handling all those relationships as it is. poly relationships are at least twice as hard to handle well..
also - multiplesome in DAO was NOT a relationship, it was a one night stand
Would you support polyamorous relationships in ME3?

As I don't support them in real life? No.

I'll second this. Or third it, as the case may be.Darth Krytie wrote...
Yes. But! It would have to be with characters who aren't very much into monogamy. Like, I can't see Kaidan being okay with it as he rejects it in game one explicitly. But, if two characters are into it? Sure.

It would be funny tough if wrex stayed on board for a while with the krogan princess and their was something funny going on with grunt. Have it look like a normal family but heavy implyng that female krogans aren't monogamous

Short answer? No.
Long answer? Shepard sleeping with one subordinate is bad enough, but Shepard using his authority to organise a harem from subordinates smells like Ronald Taylor.

My guess is that it didn't work out so well for Bioware when they tried it out the first time, so regardless of my opinion, I doubt we'll see it.
As of my opinion, there's enough weird fantasy fulfilling in the series, no need for even more blatant and irrelevant fanservice.

There are plenty of people here that think there will be a demographic shift where the majority of the world's population will be mixed in 180 years.
There are also plenty of people here who think that there will be a social change wherein 180 years homosexuality will be 100% accepted by everyone.
So, why not have another social change where polygamy is the norm/casually accepted?
Seems to me people are applying their wants for the future as "Oh that's how it will be!" and anything they don't like as "Oh God no, they wouldn't act like that!"

I have to admit, I am rather intrigued with the polyamorous society of the Denobulans in ST: Enterprise. I could imagine something like that. They are one of my favourite fictional alien species and not just because of their complex family structures.
But aboard the Normandy I'd like to focus on one LI per Shepard.

I remember there being talk about a threesome possibility being implemented in ME3. Don't remember where I saw the comment, but it was from someone on the team. Anyway, Kelly (as she was two characters merged into one) was supposed to be a threesome opportunity.

Sure would, but only if it made some sense.
For example: Liara being polyamorous? Sure makes sense, she wasn't opposed in ME1.
Ashley being polyamorous? Nope, she's into to the whole "monogamy" thing.
Liara, Thane, and Kelly I could believe. It's hard for me to picture others accepting this, for cultural reasons if nothing else.
BTW: Just hit me, does anyone else find it odd that most cultures we've seen so far in space seems to be monogamous? You'd think more might have had different idea about love.

People today... always wanting to have the cake and eat it to.
Seriously though, I don't think I'd want it. Call me old fashioned, but love is a one-on-one thing in my book.

If Jack's OK with it, Kasumi and Miranda are welcome to join for a couple flings.
Sorry, just being a man here.

Absolutely! I fully support open relationships in real life and sometimes think that monogomy isn't even in our nature, so I would definitely support it in videogameland.
