I highly doubt that they will reveal how quarians look under the helmet's. It is just too good marketing and story teaser to make it happen.

Except they aren't using it in marketing, and this is the last game of this trilogy.

Simple facts - we know far too much about how they look to be affraid about that. We cna pretty much see Tali face throught the visors, we are just missing details. So unless they drasticly redesign the whole race it is a safe bet Quarians are second most Human resembling race after Asari.

As much as it may hurt you - Tali will be pretty as a painting.

We already know Quarians are at least simmilar to Humans, wheter these are ears or mouths that differ them from us is authors vision. There are only a few ways they can do that, and there is nothing wrong with it. Repetition of ideas is inevitable with so many people in the world.

I say there is a bigger risk in "overthought" the Quarian looks concept and make it wird and silly for diversity sake.

Only, and only, because they have resemblance to Tolkien`s elves or even Warhammer Eldars (who are already space elves).

I'm very in favour of hideous Tali, as long as they make her somewhat cool looking. Not gonna throw a fit unless she's a space elf.

I would prefer it if Tali herself were attractive, but she need not be attractive by conventional human standards of beauty. I still suspect that the quarian race is a 'furry' one, so even though they may share certain facial features with humans (nose, lips), the end result is that they look quite different from humans. That doesn't mean we can't find them beautiful in the same way we can find a tiger, dolphin or snake aesthetically pleasing.

Not possible. Shep liked what he seen under the hood, so I dont think it'll be a problem. Even if it's not what I imagined or look like the model they had in ME1-2 from her 3d model if you messed with it, I'll be fine as long as they SHOW IT. They owe us the full manty and not just the face. That HARDCORE TROLL they pulled in ME2 was the biggest whack to the balls a dev has ever done to a fan! Im talking higher than the crappy Sonic games that came out for the past 15+ years-kind of shot to the nuts.
