So, I have just reinstalled Mass Effect 2 (runs kinda jerky on Windows 7) I imported the save from the first game and then I noticed that Cerberus armor DLC and others are missing. So I exited the game and went to Bioware official web site do download it again (tedious)... And now... There are no original free DLCs, only the ones you have to pay for... Where can I find the original free DLCs that had vehicle, some extra weapons and missions? Thanks for any help.

A little late in response, but you should be able to find them in your profile menu under "Registered Game Content"
