Garrus likes to savor the last shot before popping the heatsink. And his reach? It really supplements another flexibility. And Kasumi has plenty of funny quips here and there. Everyone else is sooper srs, zen stoic, etc etc. With exception of Wrex, the definition of bro.

If we are including non-squaddies, Joker and The Great Biotic Wind deserve a mention! Same with Conrad.
