Garrus and his fail jokes which are always funny because he admits there awful.

For me its a tie between Mordin and Joker ..... Mordin's singing and Jokers cracks on the crew you are assembling is some of the best in the game for me.

Definitely a toss-up between Kasumi and the Asari Bartender from Illium, Matriarch Aethyta.

Honorable Mentions go to Zaeed and Donovan Hock, though.

Hock can't even keep his own accent straight, and then he just comes in with a whole series of accidentally funny one-liners because of it.

1.Mordin- Hes the most hyper charecter ive ever seen + the singing
2.Garrus- Reach&Flexability
3.JokerW/EDI-She enjoys the sight of humans on their knees. And her attempts at humor.
4.Wrex-Love his dry humor.
5.Legion-Doesnt get that what he says comes out as a joke to me.

It has to be Matriarch Aethyta for me. When she says:

"When I suggested building our own Mass Relays they laughed the blue of my ass, so now, I serve drinks!!!" has me in stiches everytime, I don't lol very often but this never fails!

Also I feel Mordin needs a mention too, by far my favourite squad mate from both games!
