Lady Gaga is down right hot and she's got an amzing voice and she's very creative. Why the fvck would she get a nose job? I totally love her no matter what.

It was easily identify after watching the photos. She definitely had a nose job. Whatever, she looks more pretty and gorgeous after going done the nose job.
