Seriously though, that's kind of a hard question, as each species would be hard wired (as a general rule) to find their own kind the most attractive.

Young human women, reminiscent of asari, might be viewed as somewhat "exotic" to other species. A pink/orange/brown asari with weird fringe "hair" instead of tentacles. But human males would probably look like weirdly bulky, misshapen asari and probably not very shagadelic to the discerning alien xenosexual connoisseur.

So, yeah. I'm pretty sure that humans are attractive....to other humans. We are never going to take over the galaxy the way asari managed to. This method is not for us. We will find another way.
