What is the most paragon thing to do in this one? Im affraid that If I give it to Anto he will kill Ish?!

Take the packages to Anto (the batarian bodyguard on the right side of Aria's loft) and you'll get 5 Paragon/Renegade points.

I generally tell him to get away, even though it is glitched and doesn't truly complete the quest or give points. Paragon is about saving lives and that to me is keeping the info for later use and getting Ish to owe me as well as saving him.
