I deleted my the DLC folders in my Addins folder (backed them up first) and placed them back again. The DLCs include everything, Lelianas Song, Wardens Keep etc, and now these DLCs don't show up as content in the game for me anymore, despite me having placed the DLC folders back again.
Do I have to reinstall/download it all again? Sorry if there has been a solution posted to this before, I looked for 2 days and couldn't find an answer.

You will need to reinstall. Most of the DLC also include a second file known as the "promo" file that is a second dazip required for the DLC to function.
