I woke up to a UPS tracking number today, looks like I got it at like, 2am their time too; it was pending fulfillment still when I went to bed a couple hours before that so, you'll probably have some good news coming soon!

Good lord they're quick. Looks like I'll be taking delivery tomorrow (thursday). I'll report in once it's in hand and if there's anything special to note. Otherwise, expect gifs. happy gifs. happy pony gifs.

I have a quick question about the packaging , does The Team lithograph come in a clear plastic casing like the smaller lithos? I know it's rolled in a tube so I wasn't sure.

It does not come in a plastic bag. It did have a small piece of craft paper (as pictured) though.

Got home from a work function to a lovely surprise!







Number 34, so right there in line with you Mike! I wonder if there's any clue to how many they had holding for damage/replacement purposes.

I threw a shot in there with the 18x24 unsigned edition overlapping the corner, the size difference and slight frame/format differences are stunning, I'm so pleased to have the big guy now!

they are not holding any for replacements. the ones they sold in the final sale were the ones that were being help for replacements for the original sale. all the leftovers were sold here. looks like they help a lot of low numbers. im very happy with it. rolled it back up carefully and put it back in the tube until i can get it framed. when i came home today and found it by the door, it was pouring rain so it got me scared. the tube was wet but dosent look like it leaked through.

Mike, you misunderstood what I was getting at. I understand we've bought those, I'm curious how many were sold when we bought them in that final sale blitz we got these from, like, after the original sales, the replacements that did happen, etc etc, how many were sold on friday when we bought them. Hope that helps.

Glad you didnt get any water damage! I saw someone on ebay selling a couple water damaged lithos off, what a terrible thing to happen. My tube was well sealed at the ends in tape, and to be honest, that was one of the sturdier shipping tubes I've come across, overall I'm pleased with the shipping choice, this thing came through in mint shape. :happy:

Oh, sorry about that. I think they had around 30 of them. When i bought mine and went to see how many were left the number just went 7..6..5..4..3..2..1...gone. So, there were at least 7 (haha). Probably like 30 is my guess they went quick.

Yeah, i went back as soon as i finished printing/screencapping my order confirmation page (I'm a paranoid that way) and it was already sold out. it was 3:03 my time, so.. 3 minutes flat! I was on the edge of the chair until the shipping notice came in, worried the system accidentallied too many orders and I'd get cancelled.

I think 30ish feels right too, we've got 5 to 37 in numbers so far.. so that seems to suggest a range of 32ish possibles.

Whatever the case, I'm super pleased, and I can't wait to frame it (but dread the cost of the mats and frame!)

Not that I begrudge anyone here with their low numbers (well done!), but why are the low numbers being held back? It doesn't seem fair, especially as they were supposed to be distributing them in the order that the order was processed.

I ordered mine from the first run, and super quick, and came back with 470/500. Same with my Dead Reaper pack - I had the lowest order number on this forum, but it still came back at 130 something (out of 150).

I was the same way. Ten minutes before release i spammed F5 over and over until i saw it pop up. Even before that i actually practiced adding it to the card and checking out as fast as possible. Also, your right about the cost. The cheapest i can find to frame it will cost well over $130. I haven't figured out the exact numbers yet, but my savings are going to take a hit but i think its totally worth it. The value of the lithograph is well over anything i spend on a frame, and framing it well will only increase the value. Can't wait to hang it over my computer desk.

I was also suprised that they did this. My only guess is that they just hold back low numbers as compensaation for people who recieve damaged lithos because of the inconvienience. Also, as for the dead reaper pack, i was late in ordering and i ended up with 75/800. Most likely it takes too much effort to put all the orders in order and then send the corresponding lithograph, so they just send them at random. Just my thoughts on it anyway...

If you can get it framed for $130 you're doing very well. It cost me $400....

Daveros -

I think it might have been an unconscious convience. I noticed that it goes from highest to lowest number now (the faster you order, the higher the number) and it used to go the other way. I think maybe the printer changed printing order, they pack them in a way that makes it better to go bottom up instead of top up, or the signature process switched abruptly. It just seems like a process change happend and it was unconscious. I personally think they should 'shuffle' the numbers, but I can understand the hesitation to handle the lithos, the less they touch them before shipping, the less potential for customer complaints about finger prints or bends or whatever.

mike - great frame price. so far my non-official geth litho was the priciest. about 90 framed/matted (double mat too). I'm looking around, but this looks like the cheapest i'll get my matts is about 50 bucks for two (this one deserves the double mat) and probably 100ish on the frame, since i want to stay consistent with the frames i've used on the other lithos.
